The only thing that helped a little was that I realized that I tended to overdo the re-hydration afterwards, so much that I woke up needing to go to the toilet in the night. Also, if you don't have time to exercise during the day, can you squeeze in a power nap instead? 20 or 30 minutes shuteye in your afternoon low can work wonders. (more)

Melt away anxiety's grip on your body and mind with a tension-taming practice. Kiri Gurd's troubles started with a particularly rough childhood, one that instilled a deep fear of abandonment. Each and every night we close our eyes and drift off into a state of mild unconsciousness. It is a process so common that it consumes nearly one-third of our lives. Question: I just turned 30 and seem to be having fewer morning erections. Are my T-levels falling? Answer: Don't be so quick to pin the blame on your age. You know the feeling. You’re feeling bored. Again. So you go to the fridge or your “store” cupboard and look for something to eat. Ideally, something “nice” to eat – cookies, chocolate, candy, that kind of thing. It tastes good, even though you weren’t hungry before you ate your snack.
