I like to call flexibility training the ugly stepsister of the exercise world because everyone seems to overlook it until it's too late. When I got home from work this afternoon, all I could think about was peanut butter + chocolate. I would have killed for a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup! Unlike the Japanese, who favor sashimi and nigiri-style sushi, the vast majority of sushi consumed in this country comes in roll form. And nowhere does the potential for seriously healthy eats or nutritional negligence oscillate so wildly than in these rice-stuffed seaweed bites.
