Third of four parts. In the past two weeks I've addressed the questions of what stress is and how it destroys health. Today, let's take a look at the mounting evidence suggesting that chronic stress can make you fatter. Americans are the fattest society the world has ever seen, we are getting fatter year by year, and we are getting fatter faster. The reasons are well known. A lousy diet + slothful living = obesity. More recently, stress has been identified as a player as well.
